The following Terms and Conditions are effective from January 1, 2018. All previous Terms and Conditions are no longer valid and cannot be relied upon.

The Terms and Conditions are provided in different languages, with English being the reference language. This means that mistakes or discrepancies in non-English translations must be resolved by referring to the English version of these Terms and Conditions.

By accessing the website (Website) as a signed up user (Member), you agree to be abide by these Terms and Conditions (Terms). If you are not a Member, i.e. a simple visitor (User), you still need to comply with these Terms whenever they do not refer specifically to the Member.


By agreeing to the Terms, the User is bound by these Terms as well as by the Privacy Policy which is hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and any document incorporated by reference, these Terms shall prevail.

Whenever amendments are made to these Terms, DirectAffinity may take appropriate steps to bring such changes to the attention of the User but it shall be the User's sole responsibility to check for any amendments, updates and/or modifications. User's continued use of the Website and its services after any such amendment to the Terms will be considered as an acceptance and agreement to be bound by such amendments, updates and/or modification to the Terms.

If the User does not agree with any of the Terms, it shall not attempt to register with the Website.


The User must be at least eighteen years (18) old to register as a Member or use the Website. Membership in the Website is void where prohibited. By using the Website, User represent and warrant that it has the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by them.

Account Termination

The Member may terminate its membership at any time for any reason by sending an e-mail to the Help Desk. DirectAffinity may terminate the membership of the User should it suspect that the latter has breached the Terms, effective upon sending notice at the email address the User provided at account creation. Termination of the membership of the User does not entitle it to any refund.

Member Content

The Member is solely responsible for the content and information provided to the Website either as part of any forms completion or as part of messages sent to other members through the Website. The Member shall not provide the Website or any other Member with any material which:

is in violation of any applicable law or regulation

infringes the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy, publicity or other personal rights of others

is offensive, inaccurate, profane, intimidating, defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful

The Member represents and warrants that all information it submits to the Website is accurate and truthful and that any information change that shall occur in the future will be promptly reflected in the information stored on the Website.

DirectAffinity reserves the right to remove any material or content provided by the Member whenever it deems it necessary and without the need to inform the Member of its actions.

The Member who provides information or material to the Website implicitly grants an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid-up, worldwide right and license to:

use, copy, store, perform, display, reproduce, record, play, adapt, modify and distribute it

prepare derivative works of it or incorporate it into other works

grant and authorize sub-licenses of the foregoing in any media now known or hereafter created

The right of DirectAffinity to use the information or material of the Member is described in the Privacy Policy. DirectAffinity reserves the right to offer third party services and products to the Member based on the information it provided, such products or services being offered by DirectAffinity or third parties.

The Member acknowledges and agrees that DirectAffinity may disclose in whole or in part the information or material it provided the Website with if required to do so by law, at the request of a third party, or if DirectAffinity deems that the disclosure is reasonable to:

comply with the law, requests or orders from law enforcement, or any legal process (whether or not such disclosure is required by applicable law)

protect or defend the rights or property of DirectAffinity or a third party

protect the health, safety or integrity or any individual

DirectAffinity reserves the right to disclose any information that the Member sends to the Website if it suspects that the information involves a party who may be the victim of abuse in any form. Information may be disclosed to authorities that DirectAffinity deems appropriate. The Member hereby acknowledges and agrees that DirectAffinity is permitted to make such disclosure.

Inappropriate Use of the Website

The Website and its services are for personal use only which excludes organizations, companies, agencies, or businesses to register as members. The User shall not use the Website and its services in connection for any commercial purpose. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Website, including collecting personal information of any member by any mean for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or commercial proposal shall be investigated and legally filed whenever deemed appropriate.

The User is prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Website, including:

accessing data not intended for the User or logging into a server or account which it is not authorized to access

attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization

attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Website including by submitting a virus to the Website, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail bombing, or crashing

sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services

forging headers or otherwise manipulating identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any information transmitted to or through the Website, either directly or indirectly through use of third party software

using (or attempting to use) any engine, software tool, agent, or other device or mechanism any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, data mine, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Website or its contents

modifying, adapting, sub-licensing, translating, selling, reverse engineering, deciphering, decompiling or otherwise disassembling any portion of the Website or any software used on or for the Website directly or indirectly

The Website shall only be used for lawful purposes. The User represents, warrants, and agrees that it shall not use directly or indirectly the Website in any manner that is legally prohibited or going against the present Terms. DirectAffinity specifically prohibits the User from any of the following:

posting any incomplete, false, misleading, or inaccurate information or material about itself

posting any information or material that is not entirely its own or for which it does not have full rights to use

impersonating, or otherwise misrepresenting affiliation, connection or association with any person or entity

using meta tags or code or other devices containing any reference to the Website (or any trademark, trade name, service mark, logo or slogan of DirectAffinity) to direct any person to any other website for any purpose

providing the Website with any material that exploits people under the age of 18 in any manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18

failing to report knowledge of a person under the age of 18 to DirectAffinity, or continuing to use the Website to interact in any way with anyone the User knows to be under the age of 18

soliciting passwords or personal information for commercial or unlawful purposes from any other Member

engaging in advertising to, or solicitation of, any other Member to send money, buy or sell any products or services

using the Website as an escort, or using the Website to solicit clients for an escort service

using the Website to perform, encourage, promote, facilitate, or instruct other to engage in activities that violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation


The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its e-mail address and password and is considered responsible for all the user actions registered by the Website under these credentials. The Member acknowledges that DirectAffinity is not responsible for third parties accessing its account via the regular login mechanism.

General Safety

The Member supports all the risks involved in any kind of interactions with other members, including dating or sending money to another Member. The Member agrees to take all the necessary precautions when meeting other members acquainted through the Website, including those mentioned in the General Safety section. DirectAffinity is not responsible for the conduct of any User of the Website.

DirectAffinity does not guarantee any compatibility of affinity, conduct principles or temper between individuals who acquaint through the Website.

Premium Membership

When purchasing premium membership, the User must provide current, complete, and accurate information when asked to do so.

The Member agrees that all payments made on the Website are final. The User will not challenge or dispute the charge with its bank. Any issues relating to the payment made to the Website> will be dealt with by contacting the Help Desk. Should a dispute be initiated with the bank or payment provider of the User, DirectAffinity reserves the right to terminate the account of the User without refunding any remaining premium membership time.

All purchases made on the Website are final. DirectAffinity will not refund any purchase, either fully or partially.

Should the account of the Member be deactivated or suspended, the Member agrees that any remaining premium membership time will be forfeited and neither full nor partial refunds will be issued. Furthermore, should a deactivated account be reinstated at a later date, any unused premium membership time from the time of deactivation to the time of reactivation, will not be reinstated with the account.

The premium membership time purchased by the Member is intended for its sole use and cannot be transferred to any other User.

DirectAffinity reserves the right to offer free premium membership time to any User at any time, for any duration, while charging other members, at the same time. DirectAffinity also reserves the right to cancel the freely allocated premium membership time at any time.

In the event that the Website goes offline for a period of more than 24 hours, a pro-rated refund will be given upon request to the Help Desk.


DirectAffinity does not guarantee any specific results from the use of the Website.

DirectAffinity is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or material provided to the Website, whether caused by a User or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized when browsing the Website.

DirectAffinity is neither responsible for any problems, technical malfunction or outages of electronic equipment nor physical or psychological damage to the User related to or resulting from using the Website.

DirectAffinity has an informational purpose only. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, DirectAffinity provides the Website on an "as is" and "as available" basis and grants no warranties of any kind, either express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including any implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, expectations of privacy, or non-infringement. DirectAffinity does not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, secure, or that any defects or errors will be corrected.

DirectAffinity is not liable for any defamatory, offensive, infringing or illegal materials or conduct from whoever User and reserves the right to remove such materials from the Website without liability.

General Provisions

Violation of these Terms may cause DirectAffinity irreparable harm, and the User therefore agrees that DirectAffinity will be entitled to seek extraordinary relief in court.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated, these Terms will survive termination of the registration of the Member to the Website.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

The failure of DirectAffinity to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

No agency, partnership, joint venture or employment is created as a result of these Terms and the User may not make any representations or bind DirectAffinity in any manner.

Proprietary Rights

DirectAffinity owns, reserves and retains all proprietary rights in the Website, and in all content, trademarks, trade names, service marks, and other intellectual property rights related thereto. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which the User has been given written permission, the User may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.

The User shall not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. Without limiting the foregoing, if the User believes that its work has been copied and uploaded on the Website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, it shall contact the Help Desk with the following information:

  • an electronic or physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • identification of the copyrighted work that the User claims is being infringed
  • identification the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the Website
  • information reasonably sufficient to permit DirectAffinity to contact the User
  • a statement that the User has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the User is the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf

Additional Bindings

By using the Website, the User is also bound by the Terms of Service of Google.
